Light in Heart is a private mental health practice providing in-person therapy in Fremont and teletherapy throughout California.

We are committed to providing professional mental health services in a safe space to clients across various age groups, sex and gender, and ethnic and cultural background. We also provide supervision for associates who are in training.

Dora Hu, LMFT

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (Lic#102495). I have been in practice for over 10 years providing psychotherapy in various settings including community-based mental health, corrections, and hospital. I transitioned into my private practice full time in 2020 where I work closely with immigrant population addressing mental health needs related to depression, anxiety, work stress, family relations and cultural issues. I also provide professional psychological evaluation for immigration cases.
